This year's Researchers' Night at the Faculty of Tourism, University of Maribor in Brežice brings a Welcome Day and plenty of activities, which will take place or start in the lobby of the faculty (address: Cesta prvih borcev 36, Brežice) between 2 pm and 9 pm. This year's Welcome Day will bring together researchers, students, children of all ages, and all the people from the Posavje region who are interested in science and tourism. Also this year Researchers' Night will host libraries and the Europe Direct point Novo mesto.

 

The programme of the Researchers' Night:

14:00 Official beginning of the Researchers' Night

15:00 A guided tour around Brežice

16:00 Introduction of the Library of the Faculty of Tourism and the University library Maribor

16:30 Introduction of the Europe Direct point

17:00 Culinary researching of the Posavje region, Research corner for children

18:00 Introduction of new scientific publications by the researchers of the Faculty of Tourism

18:00 A guided tour to Šentvid – a walk from the faculty to Šentvid (for everyone)

21:00 The ending of the events at the Faculty of Tourism
